What photos should I upload?
Please upload clear, well-lit photos where faces or features are visible. Multiple photos are welcome especially if you’re unsure which image is best. We’ll always let you know if a photo isn’t suitable.
Can you combine people or pets from different photos?
Yes. We specialise in carefully bringing together people and pets who were never photographed together, ensuring the final artwork looks natural and authentic.
Can you add someone who has passed away?
Yes. We regularly create sensitive memorial pieces and handle these requests with care and respect.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. We include revisions to ensure you’re happy with the final artwork. Our goal is always to create a piece you’ll love.
Can I choose black & white or colour?
Yes. You can choose between our classic black & white graphite style or a full colour portrait, depending on the product you select.
How long does it take?
Turnaround times vary depending on the artwork, but most portraits are completed within 1 week. We’ll confirm this after receiving your photos.
Is my photo kept private?
Absolutely. Your photos are stored securely and used only for the creation of your artwork. They are never shared.
What if I don’t like the final image?
We’ll work with you to make adjustments where possible. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
Is this a digital or physical product?
Your artwork is delivered to you by email as a digital image, ready for printing. Printing options may be available depending on your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — digital artworks can be delivered anywhere in the world.
